You may request deletion of your Buddy account and associated personal data at any time.
Email buddywellnesssupport@gmail.com with the subject line:
Buddy Account Deletion Request
Send the request from the same email address connected to your Buddy account and confirm that you want the account permanently deleted.
After your request is verified, Buddy will delete or permanently remove the account information and user content associated with your account, including:
Account profile and email address
Journal entries and reflections
Manifestation entries
Memory Garden entries
Stored conversation history
Other content connected to your account
Limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes. Apple and Google may separately retain transaction records in your purchase history.
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Deleting your Buddy account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through your store account.
