We, the founding members, didn't just witness that struggle; we lived it. Whether we were stranded at the airport or faced the stress of navigating unfamiliar transit with zero local context, each of us at least felt lost and overwhelmed at some point.

However, for each of us, the turning point was when a kind, compassionate peer either offered a free ride, guided us through the complex transit, or helped us settle in.
