Q: Why can't I edit my match predictions?
A: To ensure fair play across the global leaderboards, all prediction fields lock down automatically the exact moment a match kicks off. No modifications can be made after the match begins.
Q: I received a "Missing or insufficient permissions" error. What should I do?
A: This usually means your active login session has expired or your authentication status is unverified. Please log out of the app completely via the settings menu and log back in using your Google Sign-In or registered Email address to refresh your credentials.
Q: How do I completely delete my account and data?
A: We respect your data privacy. You can request the permanent removal of your user profile, authentication records, and tournament history at any time. Please visit our dedicated Account and Data Deletion Request Page to submit a formal purge request.
