Authentication and Account Credentials

Our application utilizes Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In to verify user identities. When you log in, we securely handle your authentication tokens to grant access to your account and prediction dashboard. We do not store your raw account passwords on our systems; all credential management is securely handled directly by Google and Firebase.

2. Use of Data

Cup Predictor uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and protect the Service

• To authenticate your identity and secure your game predictions

• To calculate and display tournament standings and leaderboard metrics

• To provide customer care and support

• To monitor the usage of the Service and detect, prevent, and address technical issues

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your authentication records and prediction configurations are stored securely using cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase. We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

4. Transfer and Disclosure of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed and stored on cloud servers managed by Google. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties. We may disclose your Personal Data only in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation

• Protect and defend the rights or property of Aibek Osmonov

• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

5. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data through secure Firebase rules and tokens, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Your Data Rights and Deletion

We support your right to control your information. In compliance with Google Play Developer policies, you can request the deletion of your account and associated prediction history at any time.

To request account deletion, you can utilize the options within the app settings or contact us directly at aosmonov@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will remove your authentication profile and personal scoreboard entries from our Firebase database within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can take steps to remove that information from our servers.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
