Welcome to The Agape Project, brought to you by the Bellarmine University Office of Campus Ministry, where our mission is to foster the spiritual development of the University community by providing initiatives that allow all students to encounter God, one another, and the true self.

Agape is a Greek word for love, but not just any type of love: the highest form of love; one that embraces a universal, selfless, unconditional care, transcending worldly ties and serving regardless of circumstances.

We seek to know where agape love is at work in the world and on our campus through intentional conversations around topics of worldview and its progression over a student's lifetime, spiritual practices and mentors they've known, and calling and purpose as recognized in our own lives. Spiritual Peer Mentors live in the residence halls and hold Agape Chats with their peers regularly. We've shared a few of those chats as a podcast, originally published in 2021. While the podcast has ceased production, the conversations continue...reach out to a Spiritual Peer Mentor today (or contact Campus Ministry) to schedule an Agape Chat of your own!

Please look around our site for more information on the podcast, including episode transcripts and featured music. Thank you for listening!
