First-timers, please read the FAQs and the instructions until the end of this page.
When items arrive, you will receive a collection mail, Pls make sure your email notifications are always on & check your spam.
If u have queries on ur order pls reply to my email.
Do not use DMs for queries on orders paid and placed as your orders are tracked on my end by Email & Name.
Shipment updates are often shared on my stories & organised under the ORDER UPDATES highlights for your later viewing.
>>Tip: Turn on Instagram notifications in my profile for 'STORIES' and 'POSTS' so u don't miss anything!
Details of each batch of items in consolidation, latest estimated arrivals (subject to changes), and tracking links, are posted on my site. These are updated regularly, and permanently stored here, even if you missed any social media posts so you do not need to DM me to ask for updates.
You will receive a "Collection Mail" with subject title [ORDER ARRIVAL] sent by me
Here's how it works:
Shipment arrives > I unpack all of it > Check for discrepancies > Calculate 2nd payments if any > Rearrange my schedule for available Self-collection dates > Update if there are Instock extras > Pull out individuals who belong to these items > Send you the COLLECTION MAIL containing the Merch Collection Form & updated details of all the above
The above will take time so please be patient. Whenever all Collection Mails are sent, I will post about it on Instagram & Twitter, and move the items on my page from 'In Consolidation' to 'ARRIVED'. Pls always respond ASAP upon receiving the mail. If you did not receive your mail please check your spam before contacting me, thank you! :)

You should have received an email copy of ur order form, sent by Google Forms, upon a form submission.
Order forms will appear like this:
Collection forms will look like this:
To EDIT a submitted form, open the email copy and click 'EDIT RESPONSE' button.
If you are adding on new items with additional payment, upload it as a 2nd payment proof.
>> Tip: Search for the above keywords 'BTsupermarket' or Google Forms etc, in your inbox or check your spam.
>> Tip2: Gmail users, mouse over the mail and 'Edit your response' button will appear for quicker access.
