All posts stating 'no 2nd payment' means that it includes shipping to SG and that is all u need to pay. If u self-collect, there is no local delivery or mailing cost.

When the GO closes and after I have verified all forms and payments. THIS WILL TAKE ANYTIME FROM 1 to 10 DAYS of receiving your form.
HOWEVER, if I have posted updates that 'All emails are sent' or more than 2 weeks has passed, item is not listed here, check your SPAM first & DM me with your email address to run a check.

The cost will be a flat-rate $6 (max 5kg) if your next items are arriving within 2 weeks. Your Arrival Mail will inform you if you can Accumulate or need to Collect them within 7 days.
Items are packed according to what you have submitted in the Collection form, so kindly make sure u copy&paste the full list from ur arrival mail whenever you are ready to collect all items :)
Within 7 days of receiving your Arrival Mail. Failure to respond, may result in your item being resold to make space and no refunds will be made. If you require an extension for any reason, please inform me by email.

If there is no estimate date, it means I also don't know when it will come, so please help make space by collecting your existing item first.
If your yet-to-arrive items will take more than 2 weeks, pls try not to wait for them unless absolutely no choice.

W.e.f. Oct 2021, contactless self-collection at my location is available, all day from 10am onwards, every Tuesday to Saturday. (No Sun & Mon)
Basic/Standard Mail - has no tracking and the max size is 32cm. Is good for small or flat items. Goes into your letterbox.
Small Flat Items like Photo Cards = $1.50
Smartpac/Tracked Letterbox - has tracking, Charged by size and weight. Good for expensive and small items within 6.5cm height that need tracking. Goes into your letterbox.
Medium items up to 33 x 24cm, 6.5cm <2kg = $3.50
Courier - arrives in 2-3 days, has tracking, is carefully handled, delivered to your doorstep. Also, I am able to bubblewrap and hard-case ur items for max protection and is flat rate $6 no matter how many items (unless really big or heavy over 5kg).
w.e.f 28 Oct 2023, Singpost Normal/Basic Mail for small parcels has cease and is replaced with Smartpac/Tracked Letterbox.
I will visit the PO once a week and courier will also be sent out minimally once a week.
More detailed and accurate updates, will be in your Order Arrival mails.
If u need ur item by a certain date for any reason, pls let me know in advance so I can try to help u where possible.
I can't guarantee but I always bubble wrap everything if possible. If u're really paranoid, choose courier as I can put it in a box and lots of protection, and they generally handle everything with care.

Can't choose a time slot, however, when you're not home, they do call your HP and u can let them know to leave it somewhere.
Pls be polite to them, they're usually very nice. It's also ur responsibility to be present, and delivery persons do not owe us a living, they have a tough job.

For all orders, pics are always taken for reference. Once your items are mailed out or dropped off at Park&Parcel, you will receive an email notification that your item has been sent.
Courier tracking will be sent in that email once packed & booked for delivery.
As there is large volume of photos to send individually via email, pls understand I will send them only by request. Also, they often arrive in a day after the email notification, so if ur item has not arrived for more than a week after the posting date (updated on IG, TWT, Tracking Page), please do email me and we will try to find a solution together. Thank you!

For missing items, I will check and handle them individually. They are likely to be my mistake during packing.
For damaged items from POSTAGE - pls note I always check before post and where there is defect, I will ALWAYS include a note to inform u.
However, any damage incurred during delivery is beyond my control and I will not be able to make refunds or exchanges.
Group Order.
We save costs grouping our purchases and sharing shipping. The person who opens a GO and manages it is a GO manager (GOm). For pins, there is usually only 1 or 2 GOm per country and must be acknowledged by the pin maker in order to receive the rights to open a GO.

Pls understand that I serve Singapore buyers primarily. Sending your item internationally is more of a separate arrangement and exception I make for you, than a service I am providing. Hence, if u reside elsewhere, pls convert the prices by yourself, be familiar with Paypal/Wise (click here for my referral link), know that additional international postage costs & delivery timings are variable factors which I have no control over (until the item reaches me and I take it to the post to be weighed).

However, I do not do GOs for slogans, dolls, photobooks. But if u see something nice and would like a GO for it, I'm more than happy.
Also, if u need help in purchasing something from another site in Korea, Taiwan, UK, Thailand, HK, Aus, Japan or US, on a case-by-case basis, I can try to see how to help u.

If u notice, I only take in GOs for small and new pin makers. This is bcos I truly wish to support their gd designs and help them gain more orders by expanding their reach to an SG market. Hence I believe every cent should go to them. However, to cover the many costs incurred (exchange rates, CC fees etc), there is a need for all of us GOms to price it a little higher. Also, I prefer not to have 2nd payments for convenience hence my 1st payments are always rounded up to offset that cost where possible.
Whether the GO is still open
As long as the dropdown option in the form is available, u can order. If u send in an order after a GO closes, ur order is automatically brought over to the next batch and purchased when sufficient orders have been received. Refunds will only be made if an item is no longer available. You will be informed via email.
