This course was just what my daughters needed to develop their confidence through body awareness, self defense, and physical conditioning.  Thank you Coach Adam and Kevin for your hearts and leadership in  guiding our children in a Christ centered program that focused on a holistic approach of mental, physical, and spiritual development.
