Registration close date -- April 5, 2025 (or sooner if filled)

Roster Deadline -- April 5, 2025 for tournament credentials (rosters will open back up on April 10 to make adjustments)

Team check in is Friday, May 2nd, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm
If your team plays the PM wave, you may check in on Saturday 9am-Noon
ALL teams must check in before playing. Players will get player credentials after a representative has checked the team in.
Coaches will sign off on their rosters to verify only players listed on the roster will participate and that all players listed are age appropriate and AAU members
Listed below are the things required at team check in:
A copy of your AES roster with AAU numbers verified (use AAU Import quick link on AES)
If AAU numbers are not showing verified, bring one of these three forms of verification:
AAU membership card copy
AAU Club Listing (generated from AAU website Club Director Account)
AAU Team roster (generated from AAU website Club Director Account)
If your roster in AES is accuarate and all members are AAU verified, you do not need to bring anything with you to check in. You will simply sign the roster provided for you by our staff.
Once the team representative signs the roster, it becomes the official tournament roster. ONLY players on the official tournament roster are allowed to play
AAU Super Regional guidlines require players to be on ONLY 1 roster. (No players can play on more than one team during this event)
Once checked in, you will receive a Team Bag with goodies and Team Credentials.
Players and coaches will not be able to enter without proper credentials
A Club Director or Team Parent can perform the Team Check-In for one or more teams as long as they have all the proper documentation
most pool play and bracket play will be best 2 out of 3 sets. (25, 25, 15). Teams will remain on the same side for the duration of the match unless there is a distinct advantage to one side.
Some pools of 3 may be played as 3 sets to 25. Please check your schedule
Some brackets for Sunday will be played as a pool of 3.
Winners in every bracket (whether a traditional bracket or a pool of 3 bracket) will earn an award.
All teams will play a minimum of 10 sets, including 2 matches on Sunday.
Ties in pool will be determined by point percentage listed in AES

Please fill out our SEEDING REQUEST FORM to help us properly seed your team into the event. This form will be emailed out to teams in early April (seeding form is now closed). Forms submitted by the end of the day, April 1, 2025 will be considered. We intend to have the schedules available on AES by end of day Friday, April 25, 2025.
Parking by the tennis courts and in the parking garage are available.
There is a walk tunnel under 27th street that leads right to the gym.
MSU-B has asked us not to not park by the softball field on Saturday.
There is a drop off area right in front of the Alterowitz gym.
Parking on Mountain View Boulevard and behind the athletic building will not be allowed.
