The Malolos City Federation of Senior Citizen Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MC-FSCAP) plays a significant role in addressing the needs of senior citizens. Established to unite the voices and concerns of elderly residents, MC-FSCAP conducts health and wellness workshops, legal assistance seminars, and social gatherings, fostering a sense of community and solidarity among senior citizens.
