The Maurice Keyworth Building is where the conference reception desk is, and where all the talks, lunches/tea/coffee, and the wine reception happen. The main entrance is on Moorland Road, in the modern bit between the two old chuch buildings (see photo below).
The lecture theatre where the keynotes and some of the parallel sessions happen is G.02, on the ground floor just opposite Caffe Nero. The other parallel sessions are all on the first floor and refreshments (inc. wine reception) are on the first floor; stairs and lift further down past G.02. There's also a roof terrace on the first floor; turn left at the top of the stairs.
If you booked accommodation through the Online Shop (i.e. same place as you paid for registration), you're staying at Storm Jameson Court. The main entrance is on the corner of Cromer Terrace and Mount Preston St. (see photo below); reception is across the courtyard, on level 3. Breakfast is included; this will be in the Refectory in the Union Building on Precinct (see photo below).
The conference dinner will be at Akmal's Tandoori Bistro, on Woodhouse Lane (see photo below). You can walk to it across Woodhouse Moor from Maurice Keyworth -- about 8 minutes.
The conference Quiet Room is room 1.03 (first floor) in the Clarendon Building, just across the courtyard behind the conference venue.
The campus map is here.
