CHANGES FROM ADVERTISED SCHEDULE BEFORE CONFERENCE OPENED

Changes to Schedule: Speakers

> 09/09/2024 and 10/09/2024 | Sabrina De Biasio and Sofie Henze-Pedersen have cancelled (day 3 / panel 9). As these two speakers were both from the last panel of the event, and they were the only two speakers, this panel has been removed from draft V2.7. Accordingly, the last panel of the conference will be panel 8, after which we will go straight to closing remarks.

> 10/09/2024 | Clarissa Muller has cancelled (day 2 / panel 4). Schedule (V2,7) reflects this cancellation and does not impact the timings on schedule, although the second of the two speakers may begin their talk within the session a little earlier.

> 10/09/2024 | Bence Marosan can no longer attend but is to submit a video version of his paper for the event (day 1 / panel 1). Schedule (V2,7) currently reflects this.

> 11/09/2024 | Luna Dolezal has cancelled (day 2 / panel 5). Schedule (V2,8) currently reflects this.

Last Minute Changes to Schedule: Other information

> 10/09/2024 | Break room changed from 6X102 to 6X100. Now 6X102 is the quiet study space. Version 2.5 reflects this.

> 10/09/2024 | Conference ends earlier at 15:30 on day 3. Final Panel (day 3 / panel 9) is cancelled (see above). Accordingly, the last panel of the conference will be panel 8, after which we will go straight to closing remarks. Version 2.7 reflects this.

DOCUMENT CONTROL

Version 2.2: The first shared version of the schedule was released on 20 August for review by speakers. No major changes were made, and no speakers changes at all. Version 2.3: FINAL DRAFT: The final version of the schedule was released on 31 August. It is possible some minor changes made be made between this date and the event, if so, changes will be called out here in document control. Version 2.4: Update 1: 9/9/2024 - Updated the schedule reflecting a cancellation (see changes above); no current impact to actual schedule, but we may make slight adjust to final day nearer the time. Version 2.5: Update 2: 10/10/2024 Early AM - Updated the schedule reflecting a second cancellation (see changes above); no impact to actual schedule. Version 2.6: Update 3: 10/10/2024 Mid AM - Updated the schedule reflecting a third cancellation (see changes above); this may impact the end time of the event, bringing it forward. Team to evaluate and if this changes a note will be placed above. Version 2.7: Update 4: 10/10/2024 Noon - Schedule fully updated with final panel removed and new end time on day 3; and all speakers who have cancelled removed from program. Version 2.8: Update 5: FINAL Post Event - reflects the actual speakers that sopke at BSP2024AC.
