REGISTRATION

The conference fee this year is £150 and the deadline to register is 31st July 2024. 


To attend BSP events, speakers and delegates need to be members of the British Society for Phenomenology. If you are not already a member, membership (full and discounted, £40 and £20 respectively) will be added to the conference fee. When you become a member, you receive access to the Journal of the British Society for Phenomenology online for one year. JBSP Online publishes around 25 new research articles a year, and membership includes access to 50+ years of the JBSP. Further information:

> The registration fee includes refreshments throughout the conference and a drinks reception, as well as Wi-Fi access. 

> The registration does not include accommodation and travel.

> There will be a conference meal on the evening of day 2 of the conference. This is optional and not included in the conference fee. More details about this will be sent in due course.

The location information on the venue page includes recommendations on local accommodation. The venue is accessible for people with mobility considerations. Information regarding venue accessibility will appear nearer the time on the venue page, but feel free to contact us if you have any other concerns or enquiries.

> Once you have paid for the event you'll receive a Paypal receipt. If you need a more detailed receipt please get in contact and we are happy to send you one with a full breakdown of the payment.


Further information for attendees who may need a letter for a visa:

> All speakers have been through an anonymised peer review process during abstract submission and have been selected to present at the conference on the strength of their proposals. Accordingly, we will issue visa letters upon request to speakers.

> It may be that prospective delegates (non-speaker attendees) intending to come to Bristol in person will need a visa letter from the event organisers. We are happy to discuss this, please send the events team an email for further information.
