Presentation Guidelines
Each speaker slot is 30 minutes long and includes both the presentation and Q&A. Please ensure your paper does not exceed 20 minutes to allow time for questions. Overrunning is unfair to the audience, other speakers and the organisers.
There is a PC, a projector, and a screen in the rooms. PowerPoint presentations must be brought on a USB. Please do not expect to be able to download your PowerPoint from emails, online clouds etc. during the panel or in the break beforehand.
You must ensure your PowerPoint is accessible for the audience. Please consult our advice here.
