The Conference Meal will take place on the evening of day 2 (Wednesday 31st August) of the conference. It will start at 7.30 pm for drinks and 8.00 pm for the meal. 

The Conference Meal can be paid for during registration for in-person attendees at Exeter in both early bird and standard periods (but not late registration). The cost of the Conference Meal is £42.50 per person. The Conference Meal is optional.

The Conference Meal will consist of:

> Prosecco reception on arrival

> Three courses per person: Starters / Mains / Desserts

> Half a bottle of house wine per person

Accessibility

The Cosy Club is located on the ground floor and can be accessed via a ramp or two steps from the pavement. The venue is generally wheelchair-accessible except for the front door and bathroom door which are operated manually. It is a 25-minute walk away from the venue, at Exeter University.
