Arriving / Checking In at BSP26 / Information while at the event

When you arrive at BSP26, please check in with the team so we know you are with us, and so that you can pick up your printed programme and name badges. We will have stickers and markers for name tags, which means you can personalise as you wish; of course, if you do not wish to have stickers on your clothes, you can also bring your own name tags too! 

The check in and information desk location will depend upon the time you arrive at the event.

Day 1 Morning (10am-11:30am):

If attendees arrive at the conference on Day 1 for the opening Welcome (10am-11.30am), they should check-in at the Check-In desk in the Arts A building - A108 (First Floor). There will be refreshments available, and this is where we will host the Welcome talk. 

Rest of conference (after 11:30am Day 1):

If attendees arrive after the Welcome session concludes at 11:30, they should check-in at the desk in Fulton, on the ground floor. It's close to the door and between Fulton A and Fulton G 15.
