Since 2016, the outfit adheres to the Senior Scouting structure prescribed by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, emphasizing youth-led leadership under adult supervision. While maintaining the standard positions of Senior Crew Leader, Outfit Scribe, Outfit Treasurer, and Outfit Quartermaster, Outfit 0-41 has adopted a modified leadership framework to better address its operational needs. These include the Assistant Senior Crew Leader, Outfit Public Information Officer (PIO), and Outfit Auditor. Although these positions are not formally listed under the Senior Scouting section—since similar roles such as Assistant Rover Leader and Auditor traditionally belong to Rover Circles—the outfit adapted them to support its internal organization and improve overall efficiency.
