When interested in purchasing new music, please fill out the Music Order Form.
Once submitted and received, it will then go through the process of being double-checked to see whether or not we currently have it in the music library.
If we currently have it in the music library, the music librarian will inform you and let you know the status of availability.
If we do not have it in the music library, it will then get sent for approval. Once approved, it will be ordered and sent to the music librarian. Once the music librarian is done processing the new music into our catalog system, you will receive an email indicating it is ready. The music librarian will work with you on the best way of receipt.
