Instrument Rental forms are used when renting out district-owned instruments to students. Pricing is listing on the form.

Please keep a copy for your records.

If a student who rented a district-owned instrument decides to drop out of band/orchestra, and would like a refund, please have the parent fill out the Instrument Rental Refund form. Once your receive the filled out form, please send via district mail to Tina Stryker at DTEC Music Rm 115.

If asked, it may take a week or two for it to go through the processing system for a refund.
