  • If you do not order, default box will be provided:

    • Turkey on Italian w/ lettuce, tomato, and American cheese

    • Classic Lays Potato Chips

    • Chocoloate Chip Cookie

Scouts Need:

• Troop Permission Slip

• Medical A, B, C Form (ensure Tetanus booster is current!)

• Copy of Health Insurance Card (front & back)

• Camper Release Form

  • Fill out with anyone who may need to pick up your scout from camp

  • Streamlines early departure process

• ATV Waiver (if taking ATV class)

• ATV E-Course (mandatory for ATV program)

Adults Need:

• Medical A, B, C Form (ensure Tetanus booster is current!)

• Copy of Health Insurance Card (front & back)

• Copy of current YPT certificate (valid thru July 2026)

• DHHS Central Registry Clearance Letter – dated for this year (Instructions)

• Proof of membership with Troop 308.
