    • Final Payment 8/31/26 - $TBD - Summer camp adjustment for Subway lunch and any fees incurred while we are at camp

Checklist for Required Forms - (HERE)

Scouts Need:

• Troop Permission Slip

• Medical A, B, C Form (ensure Tetanus booster is current!)

• Copy of Health Insurance Card (front & back)

• Camper Release Form

  • Fill out with anyone who may need to pick up your scout from camp

  • Streamlines early departure process

• ATV Waiver (if taking ATV class)

• ATV E-Course (mandatory for ATV program)

Adults Need:

• Medical A, B, C Form (ensure Tetanus booster is current!)

• Copy of Health Insurance Card (front & back)

• Copy of current SYT (Safeguarding Youth Training) certificate (valid thru July 2026)

• DHHS Central Registry Clearance Letter – dated for this year (Instructions)

• Proof of membership with Troop 308.
