Each PL appoints his Assistant Patrol Leader (APL). This position is to insure smooth running of the patrol, and is not a leadership position.
The Historian takes care of troop records, photos, and web based resources. Reports to the SPL.
A Scout is reverent. As a Chaplain's Aide, a Scout is expected to lead the Troop when there is moment for reflection, prayer, etc. Many Scouts will not initiate this sort of action, so this is a chance to lead and allow the other Scouts a chance for a fuller Scouting experience.
Any qualified, interested Scout
The OA Representative coordinates service opportunities within the unit, coordinates unit involvement with the Order of the Arrow, including Unit Elections, Camp Promotions, and Inductions, and requests lodge and tribe resources to help meet unit needs.
Any Scout who is a dues-paid member of the Order of the Arrow

The Librarian takes care of troop literature. Reports to the SPL.
