All-Women Record Label

Brynn hopes to someday start up her own all-women record label. This means that everyone working at the label (producers, artists, A&R reps, executives, etc.) will alk be women. She wants to do this because she believes that it is extremely important for women in the music industry to feel safe and empowered, and knows that this is not always the case. So, she wants to do her part and help create a place that can do this for women. She also wants to use this label to help encourage more women to get into the music industry, especially in the parts that are heavily male-dominated. Women deserve just as much encouragement and empowerment in the music industry as men do, and this will be a step to help get the industry to a point where they are getting this kind of equality.
