By purchasing any animal, livestock, or product from Bryan's Cornsnakes & Exotics, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to protect the health and welfare of our animals, maintain strict biosecurity standards, and ensure a professional and efficient purchasing process.

1. Ordering & Store Policy

Order Placement

Orders may be placed at any time, seven days a week.

Online Store Operations

Bryan's Cornsnakes & Exotics operates exclusively as an online business and does not maintain a public retail premises. Our breeding and holding facilities are private and are not open to the public.

Due to strict biosecurity protocols, access to our facility is prohibited.

Collections

For the safety of our livestock, collections are conducted at secure, pre-arranged collection points within the Centurion area. Collection details will only be provided once an order has been confirmed and paid for.

Holds & Reservations

No animal will be held, reserved, or removed from public availability without receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit. Deposits secure the animal for the purchaser and compensate for lost sales opportunities should the order be cancelled.

2. Payment Options & Processing

We accept the following payment methods:

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

• Cash (local collections only)

Payment Processing

Orders will only be prepared for collection or release once:

1. Proof of payment has been received; and

2. Funds have successfully reflected and cleared in our account.

Bryan's Cornsnakes & Exotics reserves the right to delay the release of any animal or product until payment has been fully verified.

3. Shipping, Logistics & Transport Permits

Courier Arrangements

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for arranging, coordinating, and paying for all transport and courier services.

Livestock Transport

Bryan's Cornsnakes & Exotics does not directly transport or ship livestock. Animals requiring transportation must be moved through a reputable third-party pet or reptile transport service.

The use of these services remains entirely at the purchaser's discretion.

Permits & Legal Compliance

Certain provinces within South Africa require permits for the possession, transport, purchase, or sale of specific reptile species.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to:

• Determine the legal requirements applicable within their province;

• Apply for and obtain any required permits;

• Ensure compliance with all provincial and national legislation.

Bryan's Cornsnakes & Exotics accepts no liability for permit-related issues, transport delays, confiscations, fines, or legal consequences arising from a purchaser's failure to obtain the necessary documentation or comply with applicable regulations.

4. Local Collection

Bryan's Cornsnakes & Exotics is based in Amberfield Glen, Centurion, Pretoria, Gauteng.

Collection of livestock or products may be arranged once the order has been paid for in full and all necessary processing has been completed.

Collection times and locations will be coordinated directly with the purchaser.

In accordance with our biosecurity protocols, collections are conducted at pre-arranged collection points and not at our private facility unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5. Animal Health & Biosecurity

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all animals leave our care in good health and condition.

To protect the health of our collection and that of our customers, strict biosecurity measures are maintained at all times. For this reason, public access to our breeding facility is restricted and may be refused at our sole discretion.
