By purchasing any animal, livestock, or product from Bryan’s Cornsnakes & Exotics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect the health and welfare of our animals, maintain strict biosecurity standards, and ensure a professional and efficient purchasing process.

1. Ordering and Store Policy

• Order Placement: Orders may be placed online at any time, seven days a week.

• Online Store Operations: We operate exclusively as an online business and do not maintain public retail premises. Our breeding and holding facilities are private, and due to strict biosecurity protocols, access to our facility is strictly prohibited.

• Collections: For the safety of our livestock, collections are conducted at secure, pre-arranged collection points within the Centurion area. Collection details are provided only after an order has been confirmed and paid for.

• Holds and Reservations: No animal will be held, reserved, or removed from public availability without a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures the animal for the purchaser and compensates for lost sales opportunities in the event of cancellation.

2. Payment Options and Processing

• Payment Methods: We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and cash (for local collections only).

• Processing: Orders are prepared for collection or release only after proof of payment has been received and funds have successfully reflected and cleared in our account. Bryan’s Cornsnakes & Exotics reserves the right to delay the release of any animal or product until payment is fully verified.

3. Shipping, Logistics, and Transport Permits

• Courier Arrangements: The purchaser assumes full responsibility for arranging, coordinating, and paying for all transport and courier services.

• Livestock Transport: Bryan’s Cornsnakes & Exotics does not directly transport or ship livestock. Animals must be moved through a reputable third-party pet or reptile transport service.

• Recommended Providers: For the welfare and safe transport of your animals, we recommend:

  • The use of these services remains entirely at the purchaser's discretion.

• Permits and Legal Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine legal requirements for their province, apply for necessary permits, and ensure full compliance with all provincial and national legislation. Bryan’s Cornsnakes & Exotics accepts no liability for permit-related issues, transport delays, confiscations, fines, or legal consequences resulting from a purchaser's failure to comply.

4. Local Collection

• Bryan’s Cornsnakes & Exotics is based in Amberfield Glen, Centurion, Pretoria, Gauteng.

• Collections may be scheduled once the order is paid in full and all processing is complete.

• Collection times and locations are coordinated directly with the purchaser at pre-arranged points, as our private facility remains closed to the public.

5. Animal Health and Biosecurity

• Every reasonable effort is made to ensure all animals leave our care in optimal health and condition.

• To protect the health of our collection and that of our customers, strict biosecurity measures are maintained at all times, and public access to our breeding facility is strictly restricted.
