My wife and I can't say enough good things about Michele. She helped us through the process of finding a home, negotiating and helping to ensure the transaction went smoothly. I contacted her after finding her web page and from our first conversation I was convinced that Michele was the realtor for us. She made every effort to finding us a home. We lived out of state in Texas and were dependent on someone local in the East Tennessee area to help us. We couldn't just fly back and forth to look at homes. Michele looked at many homes for us and even live video chatted with me on most of the homes she looked at for us. When our home sold and we only had a few weeks to find a home she came though for us and even helped us find a mortgage rep that could do a fast close and a very good title company as well. She made herself available whenever we needed her (like being at the house for us when the home inspector was there). She was good to respond and answer her phone or emails when we had questions and was always a delight to talk to. I could go on and on about how great Michele is and how thankful we are for the excellent service she gave us. She has incredible integrity and a huge heart. You won't be sorry if you choose Michele. She'll do her best. You can count on that!!

For two years before retiring , I started looking at available cabins in Wears Valley on-line.  When the time came to "get serious" about a purchase I chose East Tennessee Realtor, Michele Bryan since they had so much to offer in the Wears Valley area.  My wife, Barbara, and I made a trip to Wears Valley to meet Michele so she could take us to available properties we were interested in plus some she thought we'd like to see.  One other asset of choosing Michele as our realtor is that she is a "home grown" Wears Valley girl, and really knows the area and showed us churches, schools, and local businesses.  Within just a few days, we had made an offer which was accepted by the sellers.  Michele was most helpful in getting all the required paperwork to us for signatures, etc. while we were still living in Mississippi.  Michele was great in her multi-tasking duties to get us in our new home in Wears Valley!  We love it!

I wanted to take a moment to say what a blessing and hard worker that Michele Bryan is. My Mother and Stepfather had a home in Florida which they wanted to sell in order to move further north where the weather was not as hot. We had found a property in Kingsport, Tennessee on a realty site, which we had not previously seen. They fell in love with what the pictures had shown and we contacted Michele to see if she could assist us. My Stepfather has cancer so we were not able to drive up to look at it. Michele drove over 2 hours one way every time she needed to, in order to do not only what had to be done, but what she had also done to go above and beyond. Michele was at every inspection and meeting. She met with the sellers on numerous occasions to find out each and every detail of the new property. She even went into the homes the night before we arrived to voluntarily clean up and put bug foggers down. Michele has followed up with us and has driven here to meet us in person and see if there was anything else she could do for us. She even got us information on local utilities and other services to assist us and make this move easier. We will definitely use Bryan Realty in the future as we have other family members that love this area so much, they will be looking to move to Tennessee as well. Michele is not your usual realtor, she goes above and beyond and makes you feel like family. When my Stepfather passed away, Michele was there for our family once again! Her prayers kept us going! We consider Michele a very special lady and now a very special friend.
