Brussels City Ballet holds auditions for male and female dancers with excellent classical and contemporary technique for covering main roles from the Company’s repertoire. Only candidates who have sent the following information by 1st May 2024 will be admitted to the in-presence audition scheduled for 12th May 2024.

1) Ballet barre, Center with pointe shoes for women
2) Variation from the classical repertoire chosen by the candidate
3) Contemporary choreography or improvisation

BCB is offering for Trainee artists. Trainee artists are for young talented dancer who graduated school but not yet professional experiences. BCB trainee artists follow daily class and rehearsal together with company artists everyday.
Trainee artists position selected by audition only.
Trainee position has to pay fee to join with BCB.
BCB provides you public transportation discount, shows with company, all guests teachers classes and workshops, events, dance clothes, shoes and wears discount.

BCB is looking for Company artists with strong classical and contemporary skills. women including pointe work, men including partnering skill. payment will be per show. It is best for artists who prefer as freelance. We provide you daily classes, rehearsals and creation, shows. We request to artist to stay in Brussels, but you may go to other productions, auditions when we are not busy for own shows, because BCB is still new company and not able to give full salary to everyone.

All artists have 30-35 hours work a week (6days)
Company is in house of Bejart and his original first company studio where Bejart created many important ballet which world still performing his repertoire.
