Audition call Season 26/27

Brussels City Ballet holds auditions for male and female dancers with excellent classical and contemporary technique for coming season 26/27.  Only candidates who have sent the following informations will be admitted to the in-presence audition scheduled.

1) Ballet barre, Center with pointe shoes for women 

2) Variation from the classical repertoire chosen by the candidate

BCB is offering for Trainee artists. Trainee artists are for young talented dancer who graduated school but not yet having professional experiences. BCB trainee artists follow daily class and rehearsals together with company artists everyday. You will be immediately dive into company routine.

Trainee artists position selected by audition only.

Trainee position has a tuition fee to join with BCB full season. 

BCB provides you a paper for public transportation card, shows with company, all guests teachers classes and workshops, events, dance clothes and shoes discount by our sponsors shops.

BCB is looking for Company artists with strong classical and contemporary skills. women including pointe work, men including partnering skill. payment will be per show. It is best for young artists who needs to gain more experiences, university study beside full time ballet life. We provide you daily classes, rehearsals and creation, shows. We request to artist to stay in Brussels, but you may go to other productions, auditions when we are not busy for own shows, because BCB has no salary to everyone. BCB is looking for not just an amazing dancers but we take care human being as well. Current dancers team has excellent friendship and helping each other glow.

All artists have 30-35 hours of  mission in a week (6days)

Casting is for all trainee, apprentice, corps de ballet and soloist. There is no separation by rank. Casting is equally by personal, technical match for each role.
