Maxine Brunette is accredited to conduct both the Enhanced Vitality Health Check and the Vitality Fitness Assessment - allowing you to earn up to 35,000 points at one time & place
Earn up to 22,500 Vitality points by completing your Vitality Health Check (VHC), plus an additional 1000 points for your annual HIV test and an additional 1,500 points for finding out your Vitality age.
What can be expected during your VHC?
A series of questionnaires to calculate your Vitality age
Body metrics including: height, weight, waist circumference, body fat percentage, posture evaluation, blood pressure, and a vision screening
Blood tests including: blood glucose, full lipogram (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides) and a voluntary HIV screening
Points are allocated according to the following 5 categories:
Blood pressure
Blood Glucose
Cholesterol
Weight status
Non-smokers declaration
Earn up to 10,000 Vitality points by completing your Vitality Fitness Assessment (VFA). The number of points you earn will be determined by your score out of 5.
What can be expected during your VFA?
A short medical history questionnaire
Body metrics including: height, weight, waist circumference and blood pressure
Strength & flexibility component: overhead squat, split squat, trendelenberg step-down, shoulder mobility, straight leg raise and trunk rotation
Cardiovascular component: +/- 6 minute walk on the treadmill or a submaximal RAMP test on the Watt Bike.
