A PAC is the officially recognized collective voice of parents of their school. Through its elected offices, a PAC may advise the school board, the principal and staff of the school respecting matters relating to the education of the students and the school.
PACs are forums within each school community in which parents and the school administration are able to discuss matters affecting the school and the education of your children. These forums offer the opportunity for parents to openly express concerns, support the school, give ideas and suggestions. Parents’ voices are a tremendous value to their school because their voices offer support towards many challenges that face all public schools. Without Parent’s voices, the school’s need would not be heard. As a result PAC’s aim to represent the diversity within their communities and contribute to the benefit of all students.
All PACs must abide by the Constitution and By-Laws of the School Act. The Bruce PAC’s By-Laws can found here.

You are automatically a member of Bruce PAC if you have children registered in the school. The PAC Executives are elected by PAC Members who attend the first meeting of each September. You can make a difference to your children’s lives by knowing what is happening with their education. We welcome new people and all your fresh ideas! Come and join us!
The best way to get involved is to come to a PAC meeting. You can listen to our discussions to find out what is happening and what needs to be done. You can then determine how you would like to help out. There are lots of ways to get involved and your participation will help enrich the experience of all the students at the school. No matter how big or small of a contribution, we appreciate you and value your time with us.
On an annual basis, we will have various fundraising activities. If you wish to participate in the group, or wish to offer your time to volunteer at a specific event or activity, please email grahambrucepac@gmail.com. We will get back to you.
