Back in 2008, while teaching public relations, advertising, and business communication at George Mason University, I wrote my little treatise, Personal PR ... because the cost of textbooks was just too expensive.
(I shudder to think how much they sell for today!)
While the purpose and principles of public relations -- reputation management -- remain unchanged, the practice has evolved quite rapidly thanks to technology.
I'm grateful that my paperback book continues to be used in colleges and universities to show students, entrepreneurs, and small businesspeople the importance of interpersonal communication.
