To participate in the Fair, there are Essential Forms that ALL Projects must have. It is the responsibility of the student and school science fair coordinator to make sure that all paperwork is turned in. Note: Failure to submit COMPLETED forms required for the project will result in a project being ineligible to participate at the STATE or INTERNATIONAL level. ALL Forms can be found at : SSEF/ISEF Forms. See below to determine what forms you should have with your project.
