ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

• Developed mission, vision, and branding for the non-profit.

• Recruited and trained 25 Broomfield Buddies Volunteers who have worked over 3000 hours in Broomfield schools supporting students, staff, and teachers.

• Created “friendship group in a box” for volunteers which included curriculum, activities, and materials.

• Financially supported the Positive Behavior Programs with yearly funding to support student incentives and programs at Aspen Creek, Birch, Emerald, and Kohl.

• Decreased discipline incidences over time in Aspen Creek PK-8, Birch Elementary School, Emerald Elementary and Kohl Elementary.

• Financially supported research, programming, and training in the area of supporting LGBTQ youth and the teachers that support them.

• Leveraged influence and empathy building in Broomfield and the Boulder Valley School District to bring social and emotional learning of students at the preschool and elementary levels to the forefront for budgeting priorities.
