The School of Visual, Media and Performing Arts (VMPA) Anti-Racism, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (AREI) invited the community to experience student perspectives on "Belonging, Isolation, Exclusion and Affirmation" around community-building toward an exemplary anti-racist, equitable, and inclusive environment.
The School of Visual, Media and Performing Arts (VMPA) Anti-Racism, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (AREI) invited the community to experience student perspectives on "Belonging, Isolation, Exclusion and Affirmation" around community-building toward an exemplary anti-racist, equitable, and inclusive environment.
Our first annual AREI Creative Arts Forum highlighted extraordinary work by the magnificent students majoring, minoring and taking courses in the School of VMPA. Winners of the AREI Creative Arts Contest participated on a panel discussion moderated by Interim Dean María E. Pérez y González at the AREI Forum on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 12-2 pm in the Tow Performing Arts Center Atrium.
