Turn on Switch 2 in the Agency Bunker (will glow yellow when on) and head to the Police Station.
Go up the ladder Halfway in the Police Station Lobby, jump to the other side and go through the wall. There will be a code inside
Use this code in the Movie Theater and watch the movie.

Turn on Switch 4 in the Agency Bunker (will glow yellow when on) and head to the Abandoned House.
Inside of the house, jump into a Black Box, there is a code inside.
Use this code in the Movie Theater and watch the Movie.
Eagle View Arch

Turn on Switch 1 in the Agency Bunker (will glow yellow when on) and head to the Arch near Eagle View.
Face the Abandoned House and look to the left side. There will be a fall through the floor on the Left Side of the Arch. There will be a code inside.
Use this code in the Movie Theater and watch the Movie.
