Uses:

1. Spawning the Orange Button in the Agency Bunker

2. Inserting The Keycard into the slot near the Light Panel in the Agency Bunker

How to Obtain: Head to the Police Station, go in one of the Jail Cells and go on top of the bed to go through a vent. Walk to the Right Hand side and you should go though a wall. The Keycard will be behind a cabinet. You may need to shrink to obtain.
