# Bronzely Terms of Service

Welcome to Bronzely. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bronzely mobile application ("the App"), developed by Dana ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using Bronzely, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. What Bronzely Is
Bronzely is a self-tanner companion app that offers personalized product suggestions, a fade-rate calculator, reapplication reminders, a guided application walkthrough, and a photo-based progress log, based on information you provide about your skin and lifestyle.
**Bronzely does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional skincare advice.** Product suggestions and reapplication timing are general estimates based on the information you enter and are not guaranteed to be accurate for your specific skin or product. Always follow the instructions on your actual self-tanning product and consult a dermatologist with any skin concerns, allergies, or reactions.
## 2. Your Account and Data
Bronzely does not require an account and does not collect personal information on a server — see our [Privacy Policy] for details. You are responsible for keeping your own device secure, since your profile and photos are stored there.
## 3. Subscriptions (Bronzely Plus)
Bronzely offers optional features through an auto-renewing subscription called "Bronzely Plus":
- **Monthly plan:** $4.99 USD per month
- **Yearly plan:** $34.99 USD per year
By subscribing, you agree to the following, consistent with Apple's App Store requirements:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings, on your device, after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
- Prices are set by Apple and may vary by region.
Subscription purchases are billed and managed entirely by Apple, not by Bronzely directly.
## 4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
## 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bronzely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that product recommendations, fade-rate calculations, or reminders will be accurate for your specific circumstances.
## 6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any skin reaction, discoloration, or dissatisfaction with a recommended product.
## 7. Changes to the App or These Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
## 8. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Apple's Standard EULA already covers most of the legal boilerplate apps need — using it is a valid, simpler alternative to hosting a custom one.
