Tradeview Europe Ltd.is licensed Category 2-Investment Service Company (IS/93990), and is regulated Malta Financial Services Authority. The single regulator of financial services in Malta is the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). The MFSA, a completely autonomous public institution, reports to Parliament annually.

The MFSA is a member of the European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)and the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and is a signatory of the Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding with other European regulatory Institutions.Tradeview is authorized to provide financial services across multiple asset classes and is passported in the EU/EEA under MiFID II (EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive).

The Cayman Islands are an offshore jurisdiction and do not have any strict requirements for financial firms. This could make it a risky investment if the firm is only located there. Tradeview is also authorized by the European regulator and is therefore considered safe to trade with.


Leverage

Tradeview, like most Forex brokers (check out FXPRIMUS Forex broker review), also offers leverage. This powerful tool can increase your potential gains by allowing you to have multiple accounts. But leverage must be used with caution as it can also increase the possibility of losing money.

The leverage levels you can use depend on the instruments you trade. They are also determined by regulatory restrictions and your level of proficiency. European retail clients as well as those trading with h Malta tradeview entities can use leverage levels of 1:30 for major currencies, 1:10 for minor currencies and 1:10 to commodities. Fees

Tradeview's ECN pricing is free from markups, and only $2.50 per standard lot, per side. Tradeview offers industry-leading trading conditions to ILC clients, with no minimum volume requirement.

The broker doesn't charge a commission for each trade, but all costs are shown by the spread starting at 0.1 pips. Spreads for leading pairs GBPUSD range from 0.5 to 0.1 for EURUSD.
