Speeding:
Speeding through local towns on horses or wagons:
Individuals caught speeding through local towns using horses or wagons will first receive a verbal warning. Continued violations may result in a monetary fine, and persistent offenders risk imprisonment.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $50 fine.
On 2nd offense: $100 fine.
On 3rd offense: $50 fine + 25 Public Service tasks.
Confiscation: N/A
Disorderly Conduct:
Creating a Public Disturbance:
Any audible or visual disturbance that hinders, obstructs, or disrupts the daily activities of two or more nearby citizens is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: indecent displays, repeated harassment, excessive noise or unruly behavior, and panhandling.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $50 fine.
On 2nd offense: $75 fine + 10 Public Service tasks.
On 3rd offense: $100 fine + 20 Public Service tasks.

Harming of Domesticated Animals:
Any intentional harm to domesticated animals, including the killing of cattle or livestock, is strictly prohibited. Depending on the severity of the offense, jail time may be issued.

On 1st offense: $100 fine.
On 2nd offense: $200 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $300 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
Trespassing:
Trespassing
Entering another’s property without formal consent or approval from the landowner is considered trespassing. If the property owner chooses to report the incident, the trespasser may be fined and, depending on their cooperation with law enforcement, may also face jail time. Landowners have the legal right to defend their property in a lawful and justified manner.

On 1st offense: $100 fine.
On 2nd offense: $200 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $300 fine + 100 Labor tasks.

Loitering
Remaining in an area without a clear or lawful purpose is prohibited. Refusing to leave when lawfully instructed to do so by a lawman may result in penalties.

On 3rd offense: $150 fine + 20 Public Service tasks.

Criminal Threats:
Verbal Threats
Using language intended to instill fear or threaten harm toward another individual is strictly prohibited. This includes direct threats such as, but not limited to, statements like “I will kill you.”

On 1st offense: $150 fine.
On 2nd offense: $225 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $300 fine + 100 Labor tasks.

Crimes against a Local:
Public Violence (RP Enforcement)
This charge exists for roleplay purposes. Lawmen will not ignore acts of murder or assault committed in their presence. Engaging in such behavior in public view will result in immediate consequences.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $150 fine.
On 2nd offense: $225 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $300 fine + 100 Labor tasks.

Identity:
Failure to Carry Identification
It is unlawful to be without a valid identity card. Citizens are required to carry their ID card at all times and present it upon request by law enforcement.

On 1st offense: $80 fine.

Littering / Disposal of trash:
The act of disposing of personal goods or trash in a public area (Dropping trash on the ground in Towns or Nature).

On 3rd offense: $25 fine + 30 Public Service tasks.

Evading Justice:
Fleeing or Evading Arrest
Any attempt to flee, escape, or avoid lawful arrest by means of flight, concealment, or misdirection is a criminal offense.

On 1st offense: $150 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $250 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $350 fine + 150 Labor tasks.

Brandishing:
Carrying Weapons Within Town Limits
Carrying a weapon or firearm in an openly visible or readily accessible manner within town or city limits is prohibited. Handguns must remain holstered, and long arms should be slung over the shoulder when traveling through, remaining in, or being present within any town or city.
Lawmen Exception: Lawmen are exempt from this restriction while performing their official duties.

Unlawful Discharge of a Weapon

On 3rd offense: $400 fine + 150 Labor tasks.

Failure to Comply with Lawful Order:
Failure to Surrender or Resisting Arrest
Refusing to comply with an officer’s order to surrender or identify oneself during a detainment or arrest is prohibited. Further resistance, whether through violence or civil objection, will result in additional penalties.

On 1st offense: $200 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $300 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $400 fine + 150 Labor tasks.

Concealing Face with a Mask or Bandana
It is unlawful to conceal your face with a mask or bandana within town limits.

On 1st offense: $250 fine + 50 Labor tasks.

On 3rd offense: $450 fine + 150 Labor tasks.

Assault:
Inflicting Bodily Harm
Inflicting bodily harm upon any person, including but not limited to running over someone with a horse or wagon (whether with intent to harm or not), as well as acts of torture, is prohibited.

On 1st offense: $250 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $350 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $450 fine + 150 Labor tasks.

Obstruction of a Court Officer:
Obstructing Law Enforcement or Court Officers
Impeding, interrupting, or obstructing any officer of the court, lawman, or bounty hunter while they are executing their official duties or making an arrest is a criminal offense.

On 1st offense: $250 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $350 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $450 fine + 150 Labor tasks.

Dueling is prohibited within town limits. For a duel to be official, it must be overseen by an officer and take place outside of town limits.

Bribery, Threats, or Coercion of Officers
Attempting to bribe, threaten, or coerce any officer in order to influence decisions regarding an arrest, fine, or any official action taken by an individual with powers of arrest is a serious offense.

On 1st offense: $300 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $400 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $500 fine + 150 Labor tasks.

Assisting a Fugitive from Justice:
Assisting a Fugitive
Knowingly and willingly assisting a known fugitive from justice in evading authorities during an attempted arrest is a criminal offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $500 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $625 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $750 fine + 150 Labor tasks.

Criminal Activity in Business Operations
Engaging in criminal activity while operating your own business is strictly prohibited. If criminal actions are found within your business or premises, penalties will be applied.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $500 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $625 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $750 fine + 150 Labor tasks.
Confiscation: Business and any contraband found within your business or residence
Corruption as a Lawmen or Doctor:
Criminal Activity While Employed by the Law or Medical Professionals
Engaging in criminal activity while working for the law enforcement or within the medical profession is strictly prohibited. This includes any unlawful actions taken while in service or using resources provided by lawmen or doctors.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $1000 fine + 75 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $1250 fine + 100 Labor tasks.
On 3rd offense: $1500 fine + 175 Labor tasks.
Confiscation: Loss of employment and any loaned items from lawmen or doctors
Theft:
Attempted Robbery or Theft
Attempting to rob or steal possessions from another individual is a criminal offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $200 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $300 fine + 30 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $400 fine + 60 Jail Time.
Confiscation: Appraised value of the stolen possessions
Kidnapping:
Kidnapping or Forced Abduction
Taking a person or persons without their consent and removing them from a place of safety is a serious offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $200 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $300 fine + 30 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $400 fine + 60 Jail Time.

Impersonating a Court Officer:
Impersonating a Law Enforcement or Official
Falsely introducing oneself as an individual with powers of arrest or official status, such as a court officer, lawman, bounty hunter, doctor, or any other credentialed person employed by the courts or government, is a criminal offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $200 fine + 50 Labor tasks.
On 2nd offense: $300 fine + 30 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $400 fine + 60 Jail Time.
Confiscation: Any documents used to falsely pose as a government official

Arson or Tampering with Explosives
Setting objects or property ablaze, or tampering with explosives within town limits, is a serious offense.

On 3rd offense: $450 fine + 60 Jail Time.

Use of a Marksmen in Major Crimes:
Use of a Scoped Weapon in the Commission of a Major Crime
Using or firing a scoped weapon during the commission of a major crime (e.g., shooting or murdering law enforcement officers or civilians) is a severe offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $300 fine + 45 Jail Time.
On 2nd offense: $400 fine + 60 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $500 fine + 75 Jail Time.
Confiscation: Scoped weapon used in the crime
Attempted Robbery:
Attempted Robbery
Attempted robbery consists of holding up a fort, wagon, bank, store, or business with the intent to obtain its goods, but peacefully surrendering before negotiations are concluded. Negotiations are considered concluded when any of the following occur: gunfire is exchanged, a suspect, lawman, or hostage is killed, a suspect gains access to a horse or wagon, or if a suspect verbally confirms they are finished negotiating (this can be confirmed by asking, "Are you finished negotiating?").
Fine:
On 1st offense: $350 fine + 30 Jail Time.
On 2nd offense: $450 fine + 45 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $550 fine + 60 Jail Time.
Confiscation: All contraband involved in the crime
Robbery of Stores, Wagons & Oilrig:
Robbery with Force
Holding up a wagon, store, or oilrig to obtain its goods and failing to peacefully surrender before negotiations are concluded is a criminal offense. Negotiations are considered concluded when any of the following occur: gunfire is exchanged, a suspect, lawman, or hostage is killed, a suspect gains access to a horse or wagon, or if a suspect verbally confirms they are finished negotiating (this can be confirmed by asking, "Are you finished negotiating?").
Fine:
On 1st offense: $350 fine + 30 Jail Time.
On 2nd offense: $450 fine + 45 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $550 fine + 60 Jail Time.

Robbery of a Fort or Bank
Holding up a fort or bank to obtain its goods and failing to peacefully surrender before negotiations are concluded is a serious offense. Negotiations are considered concluded when any of the following occur: gunfire is exchanged, a suspect, lawman, or hostage is killed, a suspect gains access to a horse or wagon, or if a suspect verbally confirms they are finished negotiating (this can be confirmed by asking, "Are you finished negotiating?").

On 2nd offense: $500 fine + 60 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $600 fine + 75 Jail Time.

Attempted Murder of a Lawman:
Attempted Murder of a Lawman or Medic
Shooting at a lawman or medic, or attempting to take someone’s life with the malicious intent to cause harm, is a grave offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $450 fine + 30 Jail Time.
On 2nd offense: $550 fine + 45 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $650 fine + 60 Jail Time.
Confiscation: Removal of weapon(s) used in the crime
Murder:
Murder with Malicious Intent
Taking someone's life with the malicious intent to cause harm (downing a player, but not permanent death) is a severe offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $450 fine + 30 Jail Time.
On 2nd offense: $550 fine + 45 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $650 fine + 60 Jail Time.
Confiscation: Removal of weapon(s) used in the act
Possession of Dynamite:
Possession or Distribution of Throwable Dynamite
Distributing or being in possession of throwable dynamite (NOT pipe charges) is a criminal offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $500 fine + 30 Jail Time.
On 2nd offense: $600 fine + 45 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $700 fine + 60 Jail Time.

Murder of a Lawman:
Murder of a Lawman or Medic with Malicious Intent
Taking the life of a lawman or medic with the malicious intent to cause harm (downing a player, but not permanent death) is a severe offense.
Fine:
On 1st offense: $500 fine + 45 Jail Time.
On 2nd offense: $600 fine + 60 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $700 fine + 75 Jail Time.

Derailment of a train:
Deliberate Derailment or Obstruction of Train Tracks
Deliberately derailing or obstructing the train tracks is strictly prohibited and conflicts with articles 4.9, 4.11, and can be seen as violating article 4.7 of the Law Book.

On 1st offense: $750 fine + 45 Jail Time.
On 2nd offense: $850 fine + 60 Jail Time.
On 3rd offense: $950 fine + 75 Jail Time.
