Our Story

My son, Enzo was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2020, one-month into the pandemic. He went through 2 1/2 years of chemotherapy and as he got closer to being done with treatment, I envisioned him taking his last chemo pill in front of Cinderella's Castle at Disneyland Park. Our family had been through a rollercoaster and I wanted to celebrate making it through all of that. Unfortunately, we weren't exactly rolling in extra cash so I had an idea. I love baking and have loved baking since I was a young girl...I even did a two-year culinary program in college. I decided we should do a baking fundraiser to raise money for our trip. It took a couple of months and I made a lot of different treats but we earned all the money and we loved celebrating that moment together as a family.

Now, I am on a mission to turn my passion for baking into a way to help support my other passion...my family! 

Currently, Britt's Bakery will be operating as a Pop-Up Bakery with different sweets and treats being offered on different days and at different times to accommodate my busy schedule as a wife and mom. Baking is great but Family comes first!
