I accept Premera, Aetna, Regence and First Choice.
My private pay amount is $200 a session.
A Good Faith Estimate: The federal government passed the "No Surprises Act" and it went into effect on January 1st, 2022. If you don't have or use health insurance to pay for your care, providers must give you a good faith estimate of how much your care will cost for non-emergency services. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your health care will cost at least 3 business days in advance or if you ask for one.
