About Me
Hi, I’m Latonya, an advocate, certified minister, college graduate, business owner, and devoted pet mom. My journey into pet grief support began from a place of deep personal loss and love. After losing my beloved dog Britney, I found myself navigating overwhelming grief, searching for ways to honor her memory. Britney wasn’t just a pet; she was family – my constant companion, confidant, and source of joy. Her loss left a void, but through that pain, I discovered a purpose: to help others who are experiencing the same heartbreak.
Britney's Story
Britney was more than just a dog; she was my baby. From the moment she entered my life, her love and loyalty brought comfort and happiness during difficult times. When she passed, I realized how isolating pet loss can feel. It became clear that so many others, like me, needed a safe space to grieve, remember, and celebrate the lives of their cherished pets. Britney's memory continues to inspire me to provide that space for others.
Why I Advocate for Pet Grief Support
Losing a pet can feel as profound as losing a family member, yet the world often doesn’t recognize the depth of that grief. As a minister, advocate, and business owner, I believe that every life, no matter how small, leaves a lasting impact. My mission is to create a compassionate community where pet parents can find comfort, support, and healing.
Through personalized memorials, a virtual pet cemetery, and heartfelt resources, I aim to help others honor their pets in meaningful ways. I turned my pain into purpose, and in doing so, I hope to light the way for others who are on their own journey through loss.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing process. Together, we can celebrate the love and lives of our cherished companions.
