Design Program and Standards
Design Program and Standards
Established by the Steering Committee, these program and design standards are the basis for the Bristol Bicycle Connector design. The matrix below created by our project objectives and selected design criteria, narrows the scope and intent of the design to be project specific. Design strategies are provided as recommendations for meeting our design objectives and criteria. The controlling design standards list the national and regional guidelines and requirements for designing a bike path, which must be considered and incorporated.
