Bristol Junior Geometry, Algebra, and Combinatorics Seminar

 BRIJGACS is an informal seminar for junior researchers in geometry, algebra, and combinatorics at Bristol. The aim is to provide an accessible setting where postgraduate students and postdocs can talk about their research or any topic that they have been learning about recently. In other words, any topic that interests you, and that you think might interest other postgraduates, can be discussed here.

That said, students from other areas are encouraged to participate too! If you are a third- or fourth-year undergraduate student interested in pure mathematics, you are also welcome.

Talks this term will be on Wednesdays from 2:30-3:30pm in Room G.07 in the Fry building. If you would like to give a talk, suggest a speaker, or sign up to the seminar mailing list,  contact Eoghan Farrell or Juliet Treip.

This year, the Bristol Junior Geometry Seminar (BRIJGES) and the Bristol Junior Algebra and Combinatorics Seminar (BJACS) has combined to form BRIJGACS!
