How to Download a Photo from Google Drive

- Find and click the photo file you want to use.

1. - Click “Download.”

2. - The photo will now download to your computer, usually in your Downloads folder.

How to Download, Open, Edit, and Print a Word Document

• 1. Download from Google Drive

• - Open Google Drive.

• - Right-click the Word file and select Download.

• The file saves to your Downloads folder.

• 2. Open in Microsoft Word

• - Open Word → File → Open.

• - Go to Downloads and select your file.

• 3. Edit the Document

• - Add your name or date in the text box.

• - Click File → Save or press Ctrl + S.

• 4. Print the Document

• - Go to File → Print.

• - Choose your printer and settings, then click Print.
