Local Marketing Plan - Template

The Local Marketing Plan is a simple guide to help centers connect with their local community, attract new families, and engage current ones. It provides easy-to-use ideas for events, partnerships, and outreach activities that can be planned throughout the year.

The plan encourages consistency by aiming for one in-center event each month and regular participation in community activities. While the focus is on enrollment and family engagement, many ideas also support staff recruitment and visibility. This resource is designed to make local marketing approachable, flexible, and achievable for all centers.

Instructions:

1. 1. You will be required to log in to SharePoint.

2. 2. You will have view-only access to the template.
   3. Download the template to your device. 

   • a. Open the template in SharePoint.

   • b. Select File from the top menu.

   • c. Click Download (or Save As, then Download a copy, depending on your SharePoint version).

   • d. Choose a location on your computer and save the file.

   • e. Confirm the file has been downloaded before closing SharePoint.
