Declaring for Meets

• Have you declared your swimmers for all the meets?  Go ahead and declare for all meets so you don't forget!  

• You're able to access the declaration page by logging into Swimmingly and clicking on Menu / Meet Schedule.  Here you can change your swimmer's status.  

• If you're on the fence about a particular meet, I suggest declaring them Yes now and then dropping them later.  Usually, we close meet declaration about 1.5 weeks in advance of the event.

• The feature exists, but it is not necessary to select the events for your swimmer.  Coaches have the final say on event entries.  

Download two applications "Swimmingly" and "SwimminglyFan." 

• Swimmingly is for volunteering at the meets.  You'll use the app if your a timer or a stroke/turn judge.  

• SwimminglyFan is for meet results and heat information.
