The team at Bright Hills Academy is led by Nyiransengimana Francoise, Director, whose vision and leadership have been instrumental in establishing the academy. Francoise is deeply committed to providing quality early childhood education to underserved children and works closely with the team to ensure the academy's success. She is supported by three dedicated teachers who play a crucial role in creating a positive, nurturing learning environment for the children. Additionally, one cook is responsible for preparing nutritious meals and maintaining hygiene standards in the school, ensuring the children’s health and well-being. The school also benefits from the support of a school keeper, who oversees the security of the school at night, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all. Together, this team works cohesively toward the shared goal of empowering the next generation through education.
