This presentation presents evidence of God's hand and intervention during the American Revolutionary War — discussing 1 Nephi 13, George Washington and the Founding Fathers, wartime weather, and the West Point chain across the Hudson River.

Short bio:

Kenneth L. Alford is a Professor of Church History and Doctrine at Brigham Young University and a retired U.S. Army Colonel. Ken served in numerous assignments over almost 30 years on active duty in the Army—including at the Pentagon, supporting Pershing nuclear missile units, managing more than $5.5 billion in government information technology contracts, teaching computer science at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and serving as Department Chair and Professor of Strategic Leadership at the National Defense University in Washington, DC. He has published and presented on a wide range of subjects—authoring and editing fourteen books and more than 200 articles. Ken and his late wife, Sherilee, have four wonderful children and twenty amazing grandchildren.
