Referrals are through partners “at-risk” groups or by the individual themselves. Each individual will receive a telephone Wellness check to clarify their situation and support needs. We can agree a plan of follow up contact with individuals to ‘check in’ over the coming weeks. Contact is by telephone, email or video.  We do not offer face to face contact or delivery services at this time. Are you grieving the loss of a loved one at the moment? I would like to reach out to anyone who has lost a loved one/s and is struggling with feelings of grief and loneliness in isolation at the moment. I will be setting up a Zoom based grief support group for individuals like myself who are feeling the absence of others during this time. It doesn't need to be a recent loss - all are welcome. I am intending these sessions to be a coffee, chat and share space, not a counselling session. Hoping to run sessions weekly Thursday mornings at 10am. Please email if you would be interested.
