Web-Enabled Entrepreneur Proj - Evergreen Thrift
Bridget conducted a project at school where she and a partner worked together to use HTML and JavaScript to build up a website for a business they created. In addition to this website, they also created a pitch for the company, convincing the class to "invest" (with fictional money) in their brand. They developed a marketing strategy and created a consistent brand to go with the website. The idea was for a company called Evergreen Thrift, which would provide an online space to buy and sell second hand clothes on campus. The website would allow Loyola University Students to post items they want to sell and other students would be able to buy them. There would be designated pick-up times and the brand would charge a 3% service fee on each sale to profit from the website. The key factor to the company would be that they promote sustainable fashion and second-hand clothing on campus, where people would benefit from buying second hand from a limited budget and a frequent need for clothes for events. The website was a successful site and the brand did very well in the presentation.
Team Lead on Live Consulting Case - Blink of an Eye
Bridget lead the product and service line team of 5 students to aid in direct consulting work with a local Baltimroe not for profit organization that aided in servicing families with spinal cord injury victims called Blink of An Eye. Bridget worked directly with the President & CEO of the organization to enhance services and bring in additional funding and completed a detailed business plan with class at Loyola University Maryland
Sonrai Analytics AI Partnership Analysis - Smartlabs
Bridget worked as a team lead with a group of three interns during her internship with Smartlabs to conduct research and recommendations on a new partnership. She worked cross functionally as the business development intern and brought in a marketing intern and a biopharma solutions intern. With their collective knowledge they researched into Sonrai Analytics to see what they could offer Smartlabs in as a potential partner and how they could aid Smartlabs' members. They conducted competitor analysis for Sonrai and ultimately created their own recommendations to not partner with Sonrai and go down a different route. Three members of the Executive Leadership Team reviewed the slides and agreed with their recommendations to not partner with Sonrai and investigations continued on for an AI partnership following the end of her internship.
