Bridget studied a double major of Data Analytics & Information Systems and Marketing at Loyola University Maryland. Bridget earned her BBA in May of 2024 with highest honors graduating Summa Cum Laude, as a member of the dean's list all semesters of college, and a member of several national honors societies; Beta Gamma Sigma, Mu Kappa Tau, and Alpha Iota Delta. Bridget's comprehensive liberal arts education not only instilled her with strong morals and Jesuit values but also equipped her with a degree to apply effectively in her professional endeavors
Bridget attended Notre Dame Academy, an all girls Catholic prep school in Hingham MA, for high school and discovered her love for leadership and working with others. Bridget graduated with a 4.0 and a member of the National Honors Society and National Spanish honors society, as well as vice president of her class.
From May to December 2023, Bridget worked on the business development team at a biotechnology company called Smartlabs in Boston MA. She conducted market reseach and competitor landscapes for the up-and-coming lab space provider. She identified new verticals, finding opportunities for the start-up including discovering the need for lab-space that fit the exact critera of SmartLabs at USFCA. Bridget conducted research for the start-up's ELT on a potential AI partnership with Sonrai Analytics and aided in a product launch of the "cleansuites" offering. She often worked cross-functionally with the marketing and sales team and enjoyed collaborating with others to push business forward.
During her four years of college Bridget worked as a fitness instructor on campus teaching barre and spin teams at the university's fitness and aquatic center. Her junior year she was promoted to the supervisor position for the team. She lead a group of 12 instructors, managing the schedule, ensuring all classes were provided, covered and ran smoothly. Bridget worked cross functionally with other teams on campus to provide events on campus including a big fundrasier for two years called fit-fest with outdoor classes, give-aways and more raising over $800 for a local Baltimore after-school recreation center.
Bridget started working as a studio coordinator with Row & Ride in 2018 and began teaching classes with the studio in 2021 in addition to her role as a studio coordinator. As a Studio Coordinator, she plays a vital role in the studio's operations. The responsibilities include managing member contracts and purchases using the Mindbody CRM platform, overseeing relationships with over 500 customers in the customer database, and taking an active role in training and recruiting new staff members to support the team of instructors and front desk personnel. Bridget's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is key to the studio's success.
