Creating a lesson plan about the history of Chinese characters, the comparison to the ancient pictographs to modern-day characters, and how to speak basic words in Chinese.

1. I want to become better at public speaking.

• Getting comfortable speaking about a topic I enjoy in front of a large group.

2. I want to learn more about the origins of characters.

• I was very interested in our mini unit about radicals and the history of characters and I wanted to learn more!

Final Product

Creating a lesson plan, teaching the lesson plan to 六年中文学生在 Riverdale, and make a website about my lesson plan and the day I go in teaching.
